Barbara Bullard (Leacock), partner of Al Johnson Art, a commercial and fine art company started in June 2005 with artist, creative director and mentor Al Johnson. Ms. Bullard has been instrumental in developing exhibitions of artists nationally and internationally collected.

Currently, Ms. Bullard is coordinating an exhibition and national conference for the Brazilian Endowment for the Arts. Most recently, Al Johnson Art, featured the first pop up exhibition on West 8th Street in the West Village. We have participated in the 1st Black Art Fair in Harlem, the National Black Fine Arts Show, permanent installations for public and private institutions, and presently creating art exhibition focused on the illustrations of the feature film After.Life. Ms. Bullard also mentors Parsons School of Design and Fashion Institute of Technology students in the Business of Art.

Prior to the creation of Al Johnson Art, Ms. Bullard served as management consultant for the Arthur Ashe Foundation and developed marketing and management strategies for such organizations as: Lincoln Center Productions, United States Tennis Association. and the Fortune Society.

Ms. Bullard developed and structured programs for the African Diaspora’s Children Museum and currently serves on its Board of Advisors.
